How to Track Export Shipments

Customers can track export shipments using shipment reference details.

Required Information

  • Shipment ID
  • Container Number
  • Bill of Lading Number

Shipment Stages

Customs ClearanceUnder customs review
Port ProcessingAwaiting vessel loading
DeliveredShipment completed

Escalation

If no status update is available for more than 48 hours, raise an Agri Exports ticket.
