Customers can track export shipments using shipment reference details.
Required Information
- Shipment ID
- Container Number
- Bill of Lading Number
Shipment Stages
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Booked | Shipment confirmed |
| In Transit | Shipment dispatched |
| Customs Clearance | Under customs review |
| Port Processing | Awaiting vessel loading |
| Delivered | Shipment completed |
Escalation
If no status update is available for more than 48 hours, raise an Agri Exports ticket.
